1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the IndianXporter website at www.indianxporter.com or submitting a Request for Quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
IndianXporter provides B2B export services connecting international buyers with certified Indian manufacturers. Our services include:
- Product sourcing and procurement from Indian manufacturers
- Export documentation and compliance management
- Quality inspection and certification coordination
- Freight, logistics, and customs clearance facilitation
- RFQ processing and commercial quotations
3. Quotations and Orders
All quotations issued by IndianXporter are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and shipping market conditions.
An order is binding only upon receipt of our written order confirmation and the agreed advance payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30β50% advance by TT (telegraphic transfer), with the balance due before shipment or against presentation of shipping documents. Letter of Credit (LC) terms are available for established buyers.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Bank charges for international transfers are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Delivery and Risk
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are supplied on FOB (Free On Board) Indian port terms. Risk passes to the buyer at the point of loading on the vessel. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and other Incoterms 2020 terms are available on request.
Lead times stated in quotations are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, port congestion, or force majeure events.
6. Quality and Inspection
All products are inspected against agreed specifications before dispatch. Buyers may arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) at their cost. Claims for quality defects must be raised within 14 days of delivery, supported by photographic evidence and independent test reports.
7. Certifications and Compliance
Certifications listed on our website are maintained by our manufacturer partners. IndianXporter provides copies of valid certificates upon request. Buyers are responsible for verifying that products comply with all import regulations in their destination country.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website β including text, images, product descriptions, and branding β is the property of IndianXporter or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
IndianXporter's liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profit, market opportunity, or goodwill.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, shipping strikes, port closures, or regulatory changes.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
