Policy Overview
At Indian Xporter, operated by Tradewise Indian Xporter Private Limited, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are accepted.
Due to the nature of export, bulk, and trade-based transactions, certain limitations apply.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch by contacting us in writing via email.
Once an order is processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
For export, bulk, or custom orders, cancellations are not permitted once production or documentation has started.
Any cancellation charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.
2. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only if:
Incorrect product supplied
Product is damaged during transit
Product does not match agreed specifications
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Products must be:
Unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-made or private-label products
Bulk export consignments
Perishable goods
Items cleared by customs
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after:
Returned goods are received and inspected, or
A refund is approved in writing without return (case-by-case basis)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and bank charges are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to:
Product availability
Nature of goods
Mutual written agreement
Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the buyer unless the error is from our side.
5. Export & International Orders
For international shipments:
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delays due to customs or regulatory checks do not qualify for refunds.
Indian Xporter is not responsible for rejections or delays caused by incorrect import documentation or destination-country regulations.
6. Service-Based Orders
Payments made for:
Trade facilitation
Consulting
Documentation
Digital or professional services
are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or logistics disruptions.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
