One of the least expensive long grain basmati rice varieties in India is Sugandha Basmati Rice. Typically, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and similar Indian states are where it is grown. Sugandha Basmati Rice is not sticky and has a wonderful scent. Generally speaking, it is marginally shorter than 1121 and 1509 Basmati rice. If cooked properly, it can stretch up to twice its length.
